Quick fixes

A station won't play

Live streams sometimes go off air for a minute, and the station list updates itself when they move. Try another station or Surprise me, and check that you're online.

The music stops when I leave the app

That's YouTube's rule: its player has to be on screen while it plays, so Lofi Shelf pauses when it goes to the background and picks up when you come back. On the Mac, Mini TV keeps a small set floating above your other windows while you work.

A link won't become a tape, or a tape won't play

Some videos can't play outside YouTube because their owner has turned that off, and private videos can't play at all. Playlists skip any tracks that won't play.

Where are my tapes?

Tapes and mixtapes stay on the device you made them on. They aren't uploaded anywhere.

Purchases and refunds

Apple handles every purchase. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings.
